Phase 1: Social Teaser Videos
To generate buzz and communicate Aeris's presence at ORGANOTEC and the reveal of their new product, we developed a 3D model inspired by their physical stand design and tracked it into real footage of the fair entrance, building anticipation for their upcoming presentation and product reveal.
PHASE 2: GEOLOCATED AR EXPERIENCE
The product launch at ORGANOTEC was marked by a geolocated AR experience. Using a QR code from their invitation, attendees arriving at the fair could activate a 3D model of the Aeris stand on their devices – this time with the new chair in full view. A key element was the AR view clearly indicating the physical stand's location, bridging the digital reveal with the real-world experience.
PHASE 3: STAND PLANING & ASSETS
To ensure a clear and effective presence within ORGANOTEC, we developed comprehensive 3D mock-ups of the Aeris stand. This process involved mapping out product placements, integrating graphic elements, and planning the setup for the LED wall and its brand video content. It was about visualising the entire visitor journey within their space.
PHASE 4: PRODUCT HERO - LINU USP
The LINU chair's core strength lies in its ergonomic design. To communicate this effectively, we created a 3D product film focusing on its key features. Through detailed material renders and motion-driven sequences, the video visually breaks down the chair's functionality and highlights its unique benefits.
